The education department released the results of class 5th and 6th in Jaipur today at 3 pm. Earlier yesterday (Wednesday) the 10th class result was released. The results of session 2023-24 will be completed with the results of 5th and 8th.

14 lakh 35 thousand 696 candidates had appeared in class 5. Out of these, 13 lakh 93 thousand 423 candidates passed. The overall exam result was 97.06 percent. The examination result of government schools was 96.79 percent. At the same time, the examination result of private schools was 97.40 percent.
In class 5, the result of girl students was 97.23 percent, while that of boys was 96.89 percent. This examination was conducted on the basis of 33 districts. In this, the examination results of schools of Dausa, Sikar, Ajmer, Pratapgarh and Churu have been the best. The result of total 9538 candidates has been withheld due to various reasons. Their results will be released later.
More than 11.97 lakh students passed in class 8th
12 lakh 50 thousand 800 candidates had appeared in class 8th. Out of which 11 lakh 97 thousand 321 candidates passed. The overall exam result was 95.72 percent. The examination result of government schools was 94.54 percent, while the examination result of private schools was 97.38 percent.
In class 8th, the result of girl students was 96.39 percent, while that of boys was 95.14 percent. This examination was also conducted on the basis of 33 districts. In this, the exam results of Sikar, Dausa, Alwar, Ajmer, and Nagaur have been the best. The result of total 3550 candidates has been withheld due to various reasons. Their results will be released later.
Grade wise result was like this
Grades are given based on the results of both exams. In both the exams, a 5 point grading system A, B, C, D, E is given. In class 5th, A grade was achieved by 31.59%, B grade was achieved by 57.33%, C grade was achieved by 8.12% and D grade was achieved by 0.01%.
Whereas in 8th, A grade – 21.05%, B grade – 51.79%, C grade – 22.69% and D grade – 0.20% students. A supplementary exam conducted to give another chance to E grade candidates will be organized in the month of July.
No one will fail in 5th, will happen in 8th
This time also no student will fail in class five. No student will be failed under the Right to Education Act. The student who did not appear in the exam will be given one opportunity and will then be promoted. Students will fail in eighth class. Students who score less than the prescribed marking may have to appear in class 8 again. However, these students will also be given an opportunity for supplementary.
